@Rositsa Aleksandrova I actually have a yoga teaching certificate and Zumba as well, I love both of these disciplines! I had a rib injury and I think I was making it worse with certain movements. This may have contributed to the back pain too…it probably did.

Hi tribers❤️❤️❤️, I practice & teach yoga and meditation most of my life. It’s a side project for fun but in reality is a foundation integral part of all I do. Always had in person classes until I started touring. Then moved a lot of these classes online via zoom and then later in a platform called kajabi when I had all kind of courses and memberships - from yoga and meditation to artist management and label services, radio broadcasting, piano, vocals coaching, music production, DJ trainings and also other instruments w different instructors… Oh snap!! I didn’t mean this to be so long!🤷‍♀️ I did ask you here before some time ago whether you want me to share some yoga practices with you… The tribe has grown quite a bit ever since and now is a good time to throw this in here - use it or not… 😉 ❣️This practice is good for: -musicians, -people that work in front of computers a lot -and anyone who is NOT in a perfect body alignment for long periods of time; -as well as if you are somehow chronically stressed or feel pressured by circumstances…. It helps you ground an focus, get clarity and calm.❣️ 🫶All level beginner friendly 1. yoga - stretch & strengthen 2. Hi Piano Tribe Friends, I recently started a group specifically for folks interested in Intermittent Fasting. IF is a modality that has helped me in a multitude of ways, and I love learning more about it and sharing with others who are interested in exploring. It’s helped me to release over 70 pounds in less than a year. Some people call it nature’s Ozempic. In truth, it’s a healing modality that decreases inflammation, increases insulin sensitivity, induces autophagy, and activates stem cell production. It can also help us to be at our ideal weight. Intermittent Fasting is not a great choice when cortisol is high, sleep is low, or for anyone who is pregnant, nursing, or malnourished. It’s also not a great fit for folks with certain eating disorders, at least not without a good bit of support. @Lisa Vanderveen that’s awesome, way to go! I love that you felt such peace of mind about everything . I feel like that’s so important…the mind games don’t generally help us. You have a system that you know works well for you. You know that you’ll be totally fine if you need to adjust and take a break from it. And you know that you can get back to it and release weight easily, as you need to or want to. You can adjust the system to meet your needs. There’s so much confidence and power in that! Remember to be gentle with yourself as you re-establish your routines. Like getting back on a bicycle, it does come back, but it can be a little wobbly in the beginning if you haven’t ridden it in a while :)
