Well my first job was a success! The customer was absolutely thrilled with it. I’ve been feeling so good all day today. I’ll admit I was so nervous when I started it. Now for the reality check. It took me 9 hours to complete. That wasn’t a problem because I was not put on a time limit but a real tech could probably do it in an hour. Also I’m still having so much trouble finding the rod tip when I’m pushing and causing more work for myself. I took one of the ideas Coach Dean gave us and cleaned & waxed the whole car before returning it. They were very happy with that. So I have a long way to go on my journey but today was definitely a win and I will sleep well tonight and get right back to practicing tomorrow!!

First Fender Chevy Silverado no leverage trying to come off the tire trying to work that body line with a double bend tool. Have tried glue also have a little txt from a sharp tool unfortunately. I knew it was more than I wanted to do but how do you get experience unfortunately. How it started and how it’s going smh.

Finishing a dent is absolutely the hardest part for me. That last low spot when looking at it with the light far away. Or even the last subtle highs that need to be knocked down just right 😮‍💨
