Hi Everyone! I'm 57 and have been in the tech industry my entire career and embraced AI three years ago. After 35 years in "Corporate America," I decided to leave that world and build an AI Advisory service - The kAIzen Alliance - to help other solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and small businesses discover and use AI to grow their business in ways they've never imagined. And since I am using AI to completely build The kAIzen Alliance from the ground up, am my own on-going case study. Hello everyone 👋 Iam a full time nurse. Which I absolutely love. However in my very rural area there are not very many options or choices for places of employment and like everyone else I got bills to pay that never stop coming in so I do what I can to keep a consistent paycheck coming in but still am constantly struggling. I work overnights in a 32 bed nursing home. There is only me, the CRMA (certified residential medication aide) and one other aide working in the entire building for all overnight shifts. So overworked and overwhelmed while being under paid is an understatement to say the least. Iam determined and motivated to build a better future for myself by creating a home health care business of my own, on my own that will open the doors to a more personal, direct care option for the elderly, sick and disabled individuals of my community. I know Iam capable of delivering the care aspect that is required for this type of business venture however iam unsure of all the other aspects such as media, marketing, branding and I believe that AI could be a vital tool in helping me learn which steps to take and in which order to help me achieve and accomplish every step along the way to eventually make this dream- MY dream, a reality.
