Happy Valentine’s Day 💗
When You Pay, You Pay Attention.
Let’s talk about it. It’s easy to pay $10 for a gym membership and never go. Why? Because $10 doesn’t hurt. It’s not a real sacrifice. There’s no investment. No emotional attachment. No pressure to show up. But when you spend more… When it stretches you a little… When you feel it… You pay attention. You show up. You track your food. You get up early. You don’t “forget.” Because now you’re invested. I invest in my health and fitness on purpose. That financial sacrifice forces me to focus. It forces me to commit. It forces me to respect the process. Free advice is ignored. Cheap commitments are abandoned. But investment creates discipline. The question is… Are you interested? Or are you invested? Drop “INVESTED” in the comments if you’re done playing small with your health 💪🏾

Let’s be real for a second.
What’s actually stopping you from working out? 1. No time 2. Too tired 3. No clean gym clothes 4. No motivation 5. Don’t know what to do 6. Don’t feel like going 7. I start… then stop Most people say “I don’t have time.” But half the time it’s just lack of prep. Gym bag not packed. Clothes not ready. No plan. So tell me… which one is yours? Drop the number in the comments 👇🏽

@Wilson Jennifer Jennifer I get that completely ❤️ time is the biggest one for most of us. Early mornings can actually be really nice though. If you go around 5am or 6am there are barely any distractions. No phone calls. No people needing you. It’s just you and your workout. I personally like going immediately after work so I don’t even give myself time to talk myself out of it. But it does require going to sleep a little earlier. One thing that helps me is tying something I love to the gym. I’ll tell myself I can ONLY listen to my favorite podcast if I’m at the gym. Or I’ll play an audiobook and if I want to finish it… I have to go back the next day 😅 Sometimes it’s not about having more time. It’s about protecting a small window and making it enjoyable. We can find your window 💪🏽

@Wilson Jennifer Jennifer give yourself some grace ❤️ I was the exact same way a few weeks ago when we had all that snow. Start. Stop. Start again. Life be life-ing sometimes. The key isn’t being perfect. It’s being willing to keep starting. And honestly being here with y’all motivates me to keep going no matter how many times I pause. Weekend walks absolutely count 👏🏽 Keep showing up in the way you can right now. That’s how consistency is built 💪🏽

I want to be transparent with you. It costs about $99 per month to keep our Skool community running. That covers the platform, the tools, and the space where we connect, train, and grow together. I’ve been covering it because I truly believe in what we’re building here. But if this community has supported you, motivated you, or helped you stay consistent — and you’d like to help keep it going — donations are welcome. You can send support via Cash App: $vwilli23 There is absolutely no pressure. Your presence, your effort, and your commitment mean just as much. We’re building something powerful together. And I’m grateful for each of you. 💪🏾✨ — Vanesha

🔥 PHASE 1 MINDSET: REMOVE THE BARRIERS 🔥
Most people fail at consistency because they rely on motivation. We don’t do that here. We build systems. If working out feels hard, ask yourself: 👉 What barrier is in the way? Here are simple ways to remove friction: 1. Keep clean gym clothes ready at all times. 2. Wear your workout clothes during the day so you can go straight to the gym. 3. Keep your gym bag packed (shoes, headphones, water bottle). 4. Plan tomorrow’s workout the night before. 5. Decide your workout time in advance — don’t “figure it out later.” 6. Set a recurring alarm labeled “GO.” 7. Keep a backup at-home workout ready for busy days. 8. Lay your clothes out before bed. 9. Keep water filled in the fridge so hydration isn’t an excuse. 10. Park closer to the gym entrance (small, but it matters). We are not waiting to “feel like it.” We are building momentum. Comment below: What barrier are you removing this week? Let’s build discipline together 💪🏽🔥 — Coach Vanesha My Tribe Fitness
