Here are simple ways to remove friction:
- Keep clean gym clothes ready at all times.
- Wear your workout clothes during the day so you can go straight to the gym.
- Keep your gym bag packed (shoes, headphones, water bottle).
- Plan tomorrow’s workout the night before.
- Decide your workout time in advance — don’t “figure it out later.”
- Set a recurring alarm labeled “GO.”
- Keep a backup at-home workout ready for busy days.
- Lay your clothes out before bed.
- Keep water filled in the fridge so hydration isn’t an excuse.
- Park closer to the gym entrance (small, but it matters).
We are not waiting to “feel like it.”
We are building momentum.
