🔥 PHASE 1 MINDSET: REMOVE THE BARRIERS 🔥
Most people fail at consistency because they rely on motivation.
We don’t do that here.
We build systems.
If working out feels hard, ask yourself:
👉 What barrier is in the way?
Here are simple ways to remove friction:
  1. Keep clean gym clothes ready at all times.
  2. Wear your workout clothes during the day so you can go straight to the gym.
  3. Keep your gym bag packed (shoes, headphones, water bottle).
  4. Plan tomorrow’s workout the night before.
  5. Decide your workout time in advance — don’t “figure it out later.”
  6. Set a recurring alarm labeled “GO.”
  7. Keep a backup at-home workout ready for busy days.
  8. Lay your clothes out before bed.
  9. Keep water filled in the fridge so hydration isn’t an excuse.
  10. Park closer to the gym entrance (small, but it matters).
We are not waiting to “feel like it.”
We are building momentum.
