🔥 PHASE 1 MINDSET: REMOVE THE BARRIERS 🔥
Most people fail at consistency because they rely on motivation. We don’t do that here. We build systems. If working out feels hard, ask yourself: 👉 What barrier is in the way? Here are simple ways to remove friction: 1. Keep clean gym clothes ready at all times. 2. Wear your workout clothes during the day so you can go straight to the gym. 3. Keep your gym bag packed (shoes, headphones, water bottle). 4. Plan tomorrow’s workout the night before. 5. Decide your workout time in advance — don’t “figure it out later.” 6. Set a recurring alarm labeled “GO.” 7. Keep a backup at-home workout ready for busy days. 8. Lay your clothes out before bed. 9. Keep water filled in the fridge so hydration isn’t an excuse. 10. I lose weight when I log my calories. Period.
If I’m being honest… Logging my calories has helped me lose weight more than anything else I’ve ever tried. Over the years I’ve tested: • Cutting carbs • “Clean eating” • Extra cardio • Skipping meals • Fad approaches But nothing produces consistent results like tracking. At first it feels tedious: – Scanning every barcode – Weighing portions – Logging every ingredient – Adding up every meal But after a few weeks, something shifts. You realize you rotate the same core meals. Tracking becomes faster. Your awareness increases. Your discipline improves. And most importantly — you learn your calorie deficit number. There is a scientific calculation behind determining your deficit. Once you know that number and consistently eat within it, fat loss becomes predictable. It really is: Calories In – Calories Out. Not sexy. Not flashy. Not trendy. But it works. Inside the 30 Day Challenge, we don’t guess. We use math and science. If you’re tired of starting and stopping, this is your sign.
