Lately I’ve noticed something happening a lot in real estate. Buyers take weeks or sometimes months to make a decision. They ask for listings, schedule showings, compare neighborhoods…and then suddenly go quiet for a while. It’s not that the agent did anything wrong.Buyers just seem much more cautious right now.
