A little mid-week motivation
Getting a lot of “no’s” is tough... but not living the life you’re chasing is tougher. Every “no” gets you closer to a “yes.” Take the next swing: make the call, send the text, push the offer. Let’s get a yes today. Worst case, you’re one step closer to a deal. What’s the one action you’re taking right now?
A little mid-week motivation
Don’t coast now. Future you will pay for it.
Here’s something I see a lot of wholesalers and agents forget: what you do today decides your pipeline for the holidays and Q1 2026. Once November hits, everything slows. Sellers travel. Title gets clogged. Decision-makers go dark. If your pipeline isn’t stacked before Halloween, you’ll be staring at a silent phone while everyone else eats your lunch. Do the work now. - Front-load lead gen: 50–100 new contacts per week minimum. - Follow-up intensity: 3–5 touches per lead over 14 days. No “I’ll circle back later.” - Agent strategy: Double-dip opportunities, price-reduction lists, and stale listings. - Offer volume: Make more written offers. Verbal doesn’t count. - Dispo early: Warm buyers now. Get soft commitments before you lock deals. - Calendar reality: Build in title/holidays drag time. Push for earlier close dates. If you lift your foot now, the consequence is simple: no deals in December, slow January, weak start to 2026. If you press now: you finish 2025 strong and you hit January already in escrow.
