Reintroduction post: 54 Deals In and Just Getting Started 😤
My name is Toño. Nice to meet you! This year has been full of momentum, so I wanted to share what I've been working on. My main focus is transactional funding, plus helping investors close Stack/Morby Method transactions. Quick clarity here, because people mix this up a lot. Transactional funding is not private money lending. It covers EMDs and double closings, and for Stack/Morby Method deals, investors use a transactional lender to complete the transaction. That's where I come in. 👊 As of today, I've worked on 54 deals this year: 7 EMDs, 13 double closings, and 31 Stack/Morby deals. Transactional funding is now one of my main streams of active income. Outside of that, I own two co-living properties in Houston, both acquired subject to. July is a big month for me. My birthday is July 13th, and I'm going after my highest deal month of the year. Month of June: 1 EMD, 1 double closing, 5 Stack deals. Time to beat it. Two ways I can help you this month. I'm bringing transactional funds, my own capital, to close more deals, and I'm building my team right now. Need funding or a free proof of funds? Just tell me your deal and the amount. Drop FUNDING and I'll reach out. Want to add transactional funding as active income? Drop TEAM and I'll walk you through it. Excited to connect with all of you.

Is Luxury Wholesaling harder?
Is it harder to wholesale luxury properties compared to regular deals, or is it more about having the right buyer list?
