Prompt For Getting More Reviews
Here’s a prompt you can use to help your clients get more online reviews… Get your client’s Google review link from your or their GBP account. Then use ChatGPT to create an email series to request for feedback or a review. Insert the review link in each email. Here's the prompt you can use: (copy and paste this into ChatGPT) --- START OF PROMPT --- Act as a professional email copywriter who specializes in helping [local service-based businesses (e.g. plumbers, HVAC, roofers, barbershops, private chefs, etc.) --> REPLACE THE INFO IN THIS BRACKET WITH THE TYPE OF CLIENT YOUR WRITING THESE EMAILS FOR] increase their Google reviews and customer feedback. Create a 5-part email series designed to encourage satisfied customers to leave a review or provide private feedback. Structure the series as follows: 1. Email 1 – Thank You & Soft Ask: Warm appreciation for their business + friendly request for quick feedback/review. 2. Email 2 – Gentle Reminder: Highlight how reviews help the business improve and support the local community. 3. Email 3 – Social Proof: Share a short testimonial/example review and invite them to add their voice. 4. Email 4 – Incentive or Value Add (if compliant): Offer something small (discount, free tip sheet, or exclusive local guide) in exchange for feedback/review. 5. Email 5 – Final Reminder & Gratitude: Express gratitude, emphasize how their feedback makes a difference, and provide one last clear CTA. Guidelines: - Keep each email under 200 words. - Use a friendly, professional, local-business tone (approachable, community-oriented). - End each email with a clear, clickable call-to-action (e.g., “Leave a Google Review here”). - Make sure the subject lines are engaging and varied across the series. - Provide the final output as a numbered email sequence with subject lines, preview text, and body copy. --- END OF PROMPT --- I give out these free email campaigns to my clients just because.... it's been working like a charm, provides value, and is easy to do. I hope this helps!

Thanks for clarifying... I got a little confused when I saw the email invite for Skool. Great course! I've already implemented quite a few things from @Mike Clay's trainings... already seeing my rankings improve. Bought this in September, course worth every penny! Need those notes! Love the prompt as well... 👍 I was doing something very similar but Mike's prompt produced way better outputs.
