Hey everybody! For those that missed it, we had a great and highly productive DSA call today. One of the main points we covered is what to do when you get ghosted, especially after the client may have already told you that they are onboard and good to go. You send the agreement and invoice, and then nothing..... it can be incredibly frustrating and so I shared some texts I will send in cases like this to break the silence. Important context: What kind of existing rapport do you have with the prospect, can you joke around with them or is it more of a professional and serious setting. If you can get away with a bit of humor(my personal favorite approach) then I've seen memes work magic and cutting through some buyer tension and getting the prospect to respond. I've attached a few of my favorites below. If it feels more appropriate to keep things serious, then I have found this text to work wonders at eliciting a response. "You ok NAME? I haven’t heard from you since DAY. Ghosting did not seem within character and is not something I experience with guys at your level - which leads me to wonder if you're in a tough situation and in that case I totally understand. Please fill me in when you're able..." Give these a shot and feel free to share any other silence breakers that have worked for you in the comments! Happy selling everyone!

I have been asked by people how good did the ice cream taste. To be honest, my Greek yogurt frozen bars tasted better than the ice cream! I know, how can that be? Yasso makes some great desserts! I did go to the ice cream shop Monday, and it was challenging to decide what I wanted. Don’t get me wrong, this little shop makes their own ice cream in amazing flavors, makes the waffle cones right there. Truly all good! What challenged me was how far I had come. After Christmas I weighed 237 and was disappointed with myself. I weighed myself yesterday and tipped the scale at 207, a weight I haven’t been down to since my early 30’s! ( I know, cut looks like that was last year, but it’s been a bit longer) Here I was standing at the counter thinking, “Do I want to start back down that road to being disappointed with myself?” I realized that this was a reward for me, not a lifestyle change, so she loaded up my waffle cone with giant scoops of Razzle Dazzle and Peanut Butter Cup all the way down to the bottom of the cone! Tasted good, but not as good as the healthier yogurt bars!
