Supplement Testing
My business partner (and nephew) is the lead engineer at Light Labs, which is a testing company that analyzes food and supplement products to verify what’s actually inside them. Today he asked me if I knew who Mike Israetel is and then sent me his latest video. Turns out Mike was just out at their lab in Michigan last month filming. I thought it was pretty cool and folks on here might find it interesting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zykO04T9r08

Hack Squat PR
Been really focusing on my leg development this off season and pushing some weight. Finally hit 5 plates for 8 on hacks! Also, the knee wraps from Gym Reapers are 👌🏻.

Physique Update – 11.5 Weeks Out
Dropping a physique update as we get closer to June 27. We’re officially 11 weeks and 5 days out. Next week I’m getting with a posing coach to really dial in men’s physique posing. Right now, I’m a total novice. I’ve basically just watched a few YouTube videos and reels at this point lol. Overall, I’m happy with the progress. It’s amazes me how much we can change our body in less than 3 years. That being said, the loose skin is definitely frustrating at times… but that’s the price you pay for years of abuse. Most important part—I’m having a ton of fun with this process. Also—Fitlab here in Arizona has been unreal. Straight up feels like a candy land of equipment

Turning off my phone for one full day changed more than I expected
On Good Friday, I decided to completely give up my phone for the whole day. I turned it off, put it in a drawer, and just stayed away from it. Honestly, I was surprised by how much better I felt. For some reason, I felt happier and more at peace. One small moment that really stood out was when I took my mom grocery shopping and waited for her in the car. Normally, I would instantly start doomscrolling, but this time I just sat there and looked around me. I watched life happening, and it actually felt really nice. What I noticed most was the peace. I didn’t have those constant dopamine spikes and crashes from being on my phone, and the whole day just felt calmer and lighter. Chris and Justin have talked a lot about limiting screen time, but this was the first time I truly experienced the benefit for myself, and it was awesome. So from now on, I’m deciding to seriously limit my screen time to just a couple of hours a day, or only when it’s really necessary.
