@Sheila P website traffic (for sake of awareness) is a big one- 12 years in and a lot of people in our local market still don't know about us. Aside from that, booked reservations are the biggest thing- bodies through the door pay the bills.
Looking for input
I'm looking to improve my reach and ability to get qualified attention to my one of my businesses- Alabama Paintball (2 locations with a 3rd coming soon, AlabamaPaintball.com). Any advice or insight as to how to structure a great hook/offer, or other changes that would potentially benefit this effort would be greatly appreciated!

@Dallin Larson Thanks! Our original location has been open 12 years now, and we purchased a competitor last July. Our 3rd location was supposed to be open in 2021 but government red tape stalled that out 4 years (and took us nearly $100k over budget, but we've learned a ton in the process). Our success with online ads has been basically non-existent. I've spent well over $300k online between ad spend and agencies over the last 6 years (yes, I was late to paid online ads- I was happy with 50% growth annually the first 6 years but when we seemed to plateau I hopped into paid ads). Between platform policies and budget constraints, its proven difficult to spread awareness, even in a relatively small market (about 3 million people within 60 miles of our locations). Even when I was spending 50k a year in ad spend I had more people say that saw us while they were driving or heard about us from a friend.
