Here is a coaching breakdown of today's workout. Here is the link to the live YouTube Video HERE Full Workout Warm up: 10 min Total, 50 sec work/ 10 sec rest Workout: 5 Rounds 1. Hand to Hand Swings x 20 total 2. Anchored Club Clean (x5 each L/R) 3. Rock and Roll Sit Ups x 10 Total = 1 Round Cool Down: 10 min running clock goal is not to put the club down Single Arm Steel Club movements of your choice.
