My pillows really suck! I have tried a few and I am either to low or to high ..help me..I have spent so much on pillows

Why do i wake up in the morning, such a very important question that I bet allot of us forget about in our life, I retired due to an injury April 2024 worked 30 yrs with my transportation crew at our school system here, i did not want to leave them but i had to take care of me, I learned allot about my fall, and how short life can be when trauma and other things all happen at once. this morning I said to myself, I wake up because I want to live! Dance! Sing! and be still and feel joy... enjoy my life that the Lord has giving me and each day feel how important my days are . like wakening up to all this one day at a time, but not really wakening up all the time.. lol - I got Daniel on my side - thank you..🤪

its tough but we got this!
wow last night finally some restful sleep putting all the stress in check and letting go of what i can't see yet or conquer just feeling calm and not anxious.... For a week i felt like i was the rabbit on the treadmill just wishing i could slow down my thoughts and find me again. I really like it when I do. I made myself a focus wheel to remind me of healthy and strong !

i need to find my way of not letting the small things stay in my mind so much making and sure i process them and not let them feel like they are the end of the world it can be really simple things that will take me down a rabbit hole, I don't like rabbit holes don't fit to good in one ... so my new year I started off funky but i will as of today stop the fruitcake me and find the gluten free me. lol... and my new pillow is awesome!

LOL sorry can't make it this evening to chat, hanging in here and doing my breathing and learning to be good to me more it's tough but it's a process with prayer - breathing and joy .... tired of sadness and mind racing life is life a box of chocolates never know what ya going get! but can't eat chocolate allot. lol
