Which of these cancer-fighting strategies do you believe makes the biggest difference?
Many people following metabolic cancer therapy protocols combine diet, supplements, repurposed drugs, and oxygen-based therapies. If you could only choose one approach, which do you think has the greatest impact on outcomes? Your vote and comments help us see what’s resonating most in our community. The more we engage together, the more our posts appear in search results — helping more Warriors discover us and join the fight. Let’s keep spreading the message!

High dose Vit C and off labels I think are the most powerful in my books. Of course I agree with mindset and hio feedback techniques.

@Bernardo Henriques yes definitely
🧘‍♀️ Gratitude Journal
Gratitude might seem small… but it’s one of the most powerful tools we have — especially on the cancer journey. It doesn’t ignore the pain or fear. It helps us hold on to light even in the dark. Science backs it too: regularly practicing gratitude can lift mood, boost the immune system, reduce stress, and even support healing. Joy and gratitude are connected — and we all deserve more of both. So each week, we’ll have this thread as a gentle space to check in and share: 🙏 What’s one thing you’re grateful for this week? Big or small. Deep or simple. A moment of peace, a kind word, a good meal — it all counts. Drop yours in the comments below, and feel free to come back every week. Let’s build a habit of healing joy, together 💛

I am grateful for my cat, Lulu who is so beautiful and makes me laugh at all her playful games and routines.
What books do you recommend?
Please comment below your favourite books about metabolic therapy/health. My recommendations: “Cancer as a Metabolic Disease: On the Origin, Management, and Prevention of Cancer” by Thomas N. Seyfried • This is a foundational text on the metabolic theory of cancer, proposing that cancer is primarily a metabolic disease rather than a genetic one. “Tripping over the Truth: How the Metabolic Theory of Cancer is Overturning One of Medicine’s Most Entrenched Paradigms” by Travis Christofferson • This book outlines how personalized nutrition, especially the ketogenic diet, can support metabolic therapies for cancer “Keto for Cancer: Ketogenic Metabolic Therapy as a Targeted Nutritional Strategy” by Miriam Kalamian • Focused on the ketogenic diet as a metabolic therapy for cancer, providing practical guidelines on how to implement it.

@Lemon P thanks must have been a typo, late at night and chemo brain. I crack a friend up with my typos.
Find Other Warriors With Your Cancer Type
To help everyone connect more easily with others on a similar journey, please comment below with: 1. Your Cancer Type (e.g., Cervical Adenocarcinoma, Triple-Negative Breast Cancer, Glioblastoma, etc.) 2. (Optional) Stage/Grade (e.g., Stage 3, Grade 2). Ovarian cancer stage 3c
Rescans start at 7:00 am tomorrow
Headed to MDA tonight and start at 7 am with a PET/CT scan, other tests throughout the day, ending with full spine MRI at 3:15-5:00, and will meet with medcon 11:30 Tuesday, so will know what present protocol has done by noon.
