9/16/25 I woke up grateful, gave honor to my ancestors and spiritual team. I helped a neighbor in need and encouraged someone in the community who was in physical pain. I will remain purposefully and help others today.

Workout
My always starts oit with my gratitude meditation then lemon water and pink grape fruit with orange 🍊 🙌 😋 this is because of vitamin C helps with cartilage then I normally read one page of think and grow rich after workout. I start that with 7 to 10 mins on my stepper 100 dips and I take all my supplements b4 I start 30 stomach rolls then I will be up to 50 squat thrust with a 85lb weight after I will be start yago to finish. I definitely believe in the science behind mind coding. If their is a belief that I thought I wanted to change yet am unwilling to change it, perhaps I should pivot my direction, no?
