2/6/26 Listened to you are the placebo. Came up with a new operational affirmation. Did it in mirror. I put the book down yesterday and after talking with Jeff made my new affirmation and picked up my book and started writing again today. Sometimes just some words of wisdoms is all you need. I meditated today.
