What Would YOU Do???
We are seeing more activity with buyers wanting to move forward as we begin a new year. What do you say and do when a buyer is not qualified for the property they want to see?

Oh this is always a hard situation. My heart hurts for them but there is no reason to waste their time , my time and the seller's hope. If they are not too far off I try to get them to work with their lender to get their credit higher and revisit in a couple of months.

Are you actually using your CRM? What are the Pros & Cons of the CRM you chose?

Boldtrail - pros- there are a lot of features including trying to que up a call list for each day. cons - does not tie the property listings to the owners and requires my VA to get a vpn to utilize the system

What should I say to the buyers agent (I have the listing) in which both the buyer and BA took Pepsi out of the fridge 🤯

Wow that is very unprofessional of the other agent. I have not had that happen yet! I do like your suggestion Austin but I would also have to let the other agent know that the behavior was not cool

Hello, I am located in Western Wyoming. I have been a Workman coach for just over 3 years. I have owned and operated my own Brokerage since 2017 and am a broker for another agency. I have 3 adult children who are now all older than I am. ;) I have 7 granddaughters that includes 2 set of twins all from one child. (they are currently younger than I am)
