Looking forward the snow finally melting here so I can see my lawn!

@Dennis Wichter It usually is gone by now - but we've had several false springs here this year. Lots of moisture - so shouldn't complain.
Raised beds filled
Got both of my raised beds finished and filled them up this evening. Cardboard, straw, sticks/branches, and soil. Have to add the castings and fertilizer tomorrow. Then we should be ready. Am I missing anything?

Those look great. You should be able to get a lot of things planted in those.
Refreshing garden soil
my soil in some of my tubs for the garden is really heavy like clay , what can I add to make it fluffy ? Cocoa blocks ? I’ve tried leaves 🍃 still needs something else

I refresh my containers with a mixture of 1/3 compost 1/3 peat ( or coconut coir) and 1/3 perlite. My homemade compost is pretty chunky so I run it through a sifter first. Makes a beautiful light mix for containers and raised beds.
Vertical growth
Have you ever trained your zucchini to grow vertically? How’d it grow? https://www.facebook.com/share/r/18YBiTr8tW/?mibextid=wwXIfr

I've tried growing zucchini in a container with a pole that I attached the plant to as it grew. I did not get a very good harvest.

@Julie Vigil i tried just letting it grow out of the container and wasn't much better. I think they prefer growing out of the ground or maybe a raised garden bed or maybe its me! Seems like other gardeners around me get more than they know what to do with!
