Armenian Cucumbers
Hey everyone. I had to transplant my Armenian cucumbers into a bigger container. The dirt fell apart and disturbed the roots. Will they survive or should I just plant more seeds just in case they don’t survive?

Anytime we disturb a plant it goes through shock including root disturbance, watering, temperatures, and even moving locations. Minimizing this is the best course of action and then getting everything established as quickly as possible (water, microbes, etc) will help the plant rebound. When we loose roots though...... It can be the end for that plant because that's where it gets its nutrients to grow.

Sometimes the public landscaping is begging to come home with us. Have you ever done this? I’ve absolutely taken some seeds or a slyly pinched off a small cutting to root at home later.
