Rapid pick ups
I was wondering about the rapid pick ups. Is it a pick up with half crimp or actively fingercurling the weight up?

@Collin McGee What If I use the tindeq? Just «yank it» as fast as I can? Given the choice, would you use tindeq or pickups?

@Collin McGee What if I do the finger curls as a warmup for a moonboard session? Still do the rapid lifts? (I have a 2016 moonboard at home. Adjustable from 25 to 40 degrees)

Precision on the exercice
Hello, I wondered about the block lifts - unlevel half crimp exercice. We are supposed to work based on a % of what we measured on day 1. But are we supposed to count the % based on our overhand finger test (which if I did correctly, was a yielding isometric) or based on our standing finger test (which i performed as an overcoming isometric) ? I thought the finger curl day was for the overcoming test and the half crimp for the yielding?
