🤖 My "Pre-Sell" Method of Building A.I. Tools That Work
Building with AI costing an arm & leg? This is how I use Travis's pre-sell methods to save time, energy, and money when building A.I. tools that work. What's up peeps! I was having a chat with someone this morning who's been running into coding costs with Claude Code. Them tokens go REAL quick if you're not careful. And the money it costs is REAL. Now, I can barely spell coding. But I've built enough tools at this point... ...that I've "scrabbled" smart ways of saving time & money. I shared with him how I start with Claude CoWork first and THEN build out using Claude Code. But the truth is I start even BEFORE that with Claude Chat. If you're building something in here with A.I. like I know @Jason Eckerman's been promoting. This might save you a ton of time, energy, and tokens... AKA: cash, moola, or dineros. Plus you'll be able to help people easier. Let's dig in. ✅ #1: I start with Claude Chat Just like in Make 'Em Beg To Buy... Before diving into making an offer... You wanna UNDERSTAND... @Travis Sago Shared with me early on, "If you wanna double your income double your understanding of your prospective buyers experience..." Brainstorm the idea. Tell Claude what OUTCOME you want. Don't tell it what to "DO". When you tell it what outcome you want... Ask it what the best approach would be. After it gives you it's answer? Ask it for feedback. ~ What are the pros and cons of this approach? ~ What questions am I not asking that I should be asking? ~ What challenges are going to come up that I'm not anticipating? ~ How would you best solve these in the brainstorming phase? ~ Acting as a world class [insert expertise] what's the smartest way to approach building this in phases? You'd be surprised, when you lead with the OUTCOME you want first and let Claude brainstorm approaches, just how efficient it can be. ✅ #2: Using Claude CoWork: CoWork is where I start proofing each piece of my new solution.

@James Richardson thanks! I haven’t played with the plan mode yet. Sounds like I should. My logic was to not use opus 4.6 for tasks that could be done by much cheaper token models.

@Chris Gardener Claude Cowork (within the desktop app) is great for managing files, organizing projects, and handling multi-step tasks (aka skills) Claude Code is preferred in the final stages of app development because it operates directly in your terminal, acting more like a senior engineer than an assistant. Plus it has deeper codebase awareness for Debugging & Refactoring. I can have CoWork build out the architecture but I'd never "build" a software in CoWork if I plan on it being a front facing SaaS. I'm gonna build it then back it up to GitHub and have it hosted on Vercel.
Watch me build this in under 10 minutes
Yesterday I talked about how a 23-year-old partnered with an influencer to build an AI tool doing $45k/month. Today I want to show you how braindead simple building this stuff actually is. I recorded a quick video creating a working AI tool from scratch in under ten minutes. I can’t code. I just told the thing what I wanted and it built it. (Actually, I just got even lazier and just clicked 2-3 buttons.) My 9-year-old daughter made THREE of these in an afternoon last weekend. She just described what she wanted (including one that showed her what she’d look like with different hairstyles), and walked away with working apps. ===> Watch the walkthrough below (9-minute video) 👇👇👇 It doesn’t have to be perfect. You just need something you can actually SHOW someone and say, “I built this for your audience. Want to take a look?” FUNWORK: Go to aistudio.google.com, build something in 5-10 minutes, and drop DONE in the comments. I’ve got a special bonus for the action-takers. :-) In this with ya, Jason PS — If you’re stuck on what to build, just click “I’m feeling lucky” to get your juices flowing. PPS — The image here is a trippy, Salvador Dali-style picture my "dream analysis" tool made from my made-up fever dream. I told it I was going to take a math test when I got ran over by a turtle and all my teeth feel out. Pretty beautiful way to capture it, amirite?

@Annette Richter sweet!
AI Tools for Fun and Profit
Earlier this year, I made a few little AI tools... And in less than 90 days, they pulled in about $45k (see pic 👇). But since then... I've been a lil' bit of a doofus. Because while I'm still renting SOME of these tools out every month... Paying off a few little bills each month WITHOUT me lifting a finger... I've got a DOZEN or more AI tools I could be selling or renting out. Not saying these would do another $45K for me and my partners. BUT... I'd bet these could EASILY bring in another $5k+ every month. So it got me thinking... - Because AI's making it EASIER THAN EVER to make 'em... - In as little as a few hours... - And there's ZERO fulfillment because AI does the heavy lifting... 👉 Any interest in bringing in EZ A.I. INCOME for yourself... by turning your own expertise (or someone else's) into tools you can rent/sell? Or should I keep this to myself? In Your Corner, Jason P.S. You don't have to be a tech whiz these days. I'm no Zuckerberg, but with the help of tools like Replit or Gemini these days... It's EZ as pie to whip these together in an afternoon.

Part 1: Get People To Promote You For Free - The 4 Things (Can You Guess?)
Most people approach influencer partnerships completely backwards. They lead with their product. Their features. Their benefits. Then wonder why nobody responds. Here's what would happen if someone reached out asking me to promote their thing here to Royalty Rockstars... They'd probably start with: "Hey Jeff, I've got this amazing system that helps people..." DELETE Wouldn't even finish reading it. Why? Because they made it about THEM. Not about me. Not about you. Not about our community here. Not about what I actually care about. Classic mistake. Now compare that to how Travis approaches this. He got his book to #1 using unpaid endorsements. Was a top ten Clickbank seller for 5 years. 30,000 visitors a day from free promotion. All because he understood something most people miss. Influencers don't care about your stuff. They care about THEIR stuff. Their audience. Their reputation. Their problems. Their needs. And there are exactly 4 things every influencer actually wants. Four psychological triggers that make them say YES. Most people focus on the wrong stuff entirely. They think it's about crafting the perfect pitch. Or having some massive following. Or throwing money at people. None of that matters. What matters is understanding what makes influencers tick. What keeps them up at night. What they actually value. Travis figured this out years ago. And it's been printing money for him ever since. So here's my question for you... Can you guess what those 4 things are? Travis has talked about this a bunch in Ronin. What do you think every influencer actually wants? Drop your guesses in the comments. I'm curious to see how close people get. Because most answers I see are going to be dead wrong. Unless you're in Ronin :) Once there's enough guesses... I'll drop Part 2. Where I'll reveal the first thing. And why 99% of people get it backwards. -Jeff P.S. If you want Part 2... take a guess in the comments.
