The AI Royalty Machine
I didn't expect 50+ of you to raise your hand on those polls. I figured maybe 15? So either I'm terrible at predicting things... (Confirmed. Ask me about my track record for March Madness!) OR... EZ A.I. Income is something that people actually want. Here's what we're putting together... A small group. We all build an AI tool TOGETHER. We find partners TOGETHER. We launch TOGETHER. Not a course. Not a replay library. Not a "community" where everyone reads and nobody does anything. (This WILL be a "get your rear in gear" party where we get things DONE!) This is a BUILD TOGETHER situation. Show up. Build something. Ship it. See what happens. I'm locking down the details this week. If you raised your hand already — you're on the list. If you missed it and want in... Drop your favorite meme below before I stop paying attention. 😂

AI Income Stacking
I've got an income stream paying me ~$500/month (on average) that I haven't touched in months... I didn't build an audience for it, didn't create a course, didn't launch anything. 👉 I built a simple tool with AI 👉 I showed it to one person who already had the followers 👉 We split the revenue. I did the work once. Money's been coming in WITHOUT me touching it ever since! Now, I know $500 ain't what it used to be... BUT… Because it doesn't require my sweat or my hours... I've got MORE of these income streams stacking up! And the math starts getting interesting when you start STACKING them together. 👉 Any interest in stacking AI income with us in 2026?

7 income streams from 1 tool?
Snap a photo of what's in your fridge. Get 10 recipes you can make in under 5 minutes. That's one of six tools our fellow Rockstar, Fabio, built in a day using free Google AI Studio. Meanwhile I'm still trying to figure out where I saved my last one! But you might be wondering... Once you've got something built (or get someone else to do it)... How do you turn the AI tools into monthly recurring checks? So... I started jotting down the kinds of people who'd probably jump at the chance to license something like this or do a rev share deal: - Meal prep influencers who like showing off their Sunday batch cooking sessions - Busy parent bloggers - Keto and paleo and vegan creators with die-hard followers - Budget cooking YouTubers who teach how to feed a family of four on a budget - Dieticians and nutritionists trying to build their personal brand - Kitchen appliance communities — the Instant Pot superfans and air fryer obsessives - Fitness coaches trying to help clients figure out what the heck to eat That's seven off the top of my head for ONE tool. And Fabio built six of them in a day (with video demos for the receipts!). As Travis often says... If we use all 4 C's together - Creativity, Courage, Commitment, and Collaboration... We'll never run out of money. In Your Corner, Jason

@Brad Costanzo I've found plenty of ways to way overcomplicate it, lol. The SaaS-like route is about the cleanest and simplest I've found to this point though. On the white labeling/licensing basic GPTs piece, that's similar to what we did last year with Travis's book. We used Pickaxe to house the GPTs. They sold access to the tools, but nobody had access to the instructions or knowledge base behind the scenes. I've seen people doing similar things with bots in Poe and rotating links on a weekly basis (or even building their own UI wrapper around custom GPTs). That felt like a lot of time and energy at the time though, so Pickaxe was a pretty solid option for that. (And if you want to white label, you can create different "suites" in there for different people with the same GPTs.)

@Brad Costanzo We just had them take payment through their own stripe. Then on the thank you page, we had them give buyers a promo code to use for 100% off in our pickaxe stripe integration. I think there’s a Pickaxe API now that could help streamline some of that (add them directly as a user instead of the promo code), but I haven’t gone down that road myself.
Money suck or INCOME stream?
Has AI made you money this year… or just cost you money? Tax season is a headache. But it’s also a chance to look back. And when I looked at my numbers from last year, something interesting popped out. Sure, my main income still comes from copywriting and marketing work with my financial publishing partner. But the other income streams? That’s where it got more interesting. We've been talking about building little AI tools lately. In my case, I've been taking other people’s books and courses… …turning them into tools… …and letting partners sell them for me. More importantly… These took the LEAST time and energy of all my income streams last year. One of those streams added over $6,000 last year (not nutzo money, but not nothing either). Another added about $15,000. And I’m already spinning up new ones in 2026. Meanwhile… Most folks I talk to? They’re drowning in AI subscriptions. Paying monthly for tools they barely use. Watching money flow out instead of in. So… The question isn’t whether AI is “worth it.” The question is which side of the ledger you’re on. Is AI MAKING you money? Or is it COSTING you money? I posted my stumbly-fumbly Loom video last week... And I'm SO PROUD of the folks who took up the challenge. Because on the same day, these action-takers shared their own AI tools they spun up. (Since I didn't ask for stopwatches, we'll conservatively just say they did it in under 24 hours.) Honey made a working Snapchat caption generator. Tony built a Reddit symptom finder that digs up "hell island" problems in any niche (and was spitting out pure gold). Annette created an abandoned cart recovery bot for e-com stores. Fabio put together a nervous system quiz that tells what kind of work you can actually sustain... Plus TWO MORE tools. Joe made a language learning app with a real-time AI conversation partner. Shivam built a mindfulness companion for a coach he's partnering with — and he's got his affiliate link baked in. Magnus created a breathing exercise quiz in Norwegian. And Shelley wore her newbie shirt with pride and threw her new tool in the ring. None of these folks are coders! They're just ambitious action-takers who stepped up to the plate and got it done. And now they've got tools they can rent out or partner with influencers on. 2026 is going to be a good year for action-takers! In Your Corner, Jason

@Fabio Meinert DUDE! These are sweet, good work! And I LOVE the idea of the learning apps for your daughter. Now that my daughter's learning division in math, I've gotta go update the last one I made so it's not just multiplication in there. I'm guessing it shouldn't take more than 10-20 minutes over the weekend. Tough work, right? 😂
