I'm really asking myself how designers close their clients. Especially if the client is cold, how do you guys close them? Cuz I've been coached on how to close by grandmasters, and I see a lot of people kind of struggle with that thing, most of them are even afraid of jumping on 1-on-1 calls, do you also have this issue?

Has anyone in here been tinkering with n8n and automations? Any simple tips on where to start. My Game Plan: Host n8n locally on docker and then just run automations from there, but people are saying that the automations "fall asleep", basically delete themselves, so then I need to get around that somehow.

Hey guys, I have started a software development agency in 2025. We will be building websites, apps and creative software solutions. But to get the foot in the door we are focusing on website development and then work our way up. But it has almost been a month and still struggling to find clients. We are targeting a specific niche but still no results. We are focusing on instagram DMs as our method of approach. As of now we are not automating DMs because we want to create personalized dms(not talking about only with their username), so they know that we want to provide value first and don't want to sell like every other in the market. Which is proving very effective right now because 8/10 clients are interested and like our way of approach. If they are interested then they don't want to change and update as they grow.
