What do you think of Ai taking over web design? What can and cant they do? What is available out there for clients? What can it do? What will it take for us to not fade out?

Hi guys, I have recently started cold calling for my marketing agency and have landed a potential client. I know that having a contract is good but i'm not 18 yet and so I cant sign any contracts. is it still a good idea to have a written agreement just so its clear what they are paying for?

Im trying to offer local SEO to businesses to get them more enquiries and to help them rank but my concern is that the search volume is to low for them to even get leads and i cant make them rank #1 in the whole city, only suburbs so what should I do?

When we start the conversation and they ask me about price do I name my prices or do I tell them that we can talk about that after they see the mock up?
