I have just started using Claude (after getting fed up with ChatGPT) so am still finding my feet, but so far so good.

@Mark Wickersham the regular server outages making me think I had lost internet connection was the final straw, but mainly having to repeat myself constantly. With Claude, I have clear "briefing notes" document that I add to the project files and I simply remind it to look at all project documents before starting work, each time I start a new thread. And finally, no matter how much I trained it to use vocabulary I liked, it still said "quietly" or phrased everything in 3 word sentences like I was shouting patronising phrases. Claude is a lot more verbose, but at least the paragraphs flow without bold statements and em-dashes.
