my service is all prebuilt done for you. I see i can copy the AI. but it creates a new activation tag. this messes up workflows on the backend. How do i fix this?

Is the AI aware of the last message sent that DIDN'T come from the AI? for example, if a workflow sends a SMS, will assistable have that context?

I see we can web search, and i know the zapier chatgpt can see images in the regular conversations. I'm wondering if this tool is available or will be made available for the conversational ai? I have many use cases for this :) PS i'm new, forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask this.

How does the AI now what channel to follow up on when using the send follow up action in GHL. I know there is a old complicated webhook video showing how to do this... But the new action doesn't let you pick the channel.
