When its recommended to start train the Flare?
Hey! Good to be here guys. Question please. Do you recommend practice the Flare in the same time you build your body for that in terms of strengh and flexibility? Or wait few months until you have that strengh and flexibility and then just start practice on the flare?

Hey bro 👊 thanks for the question. So, the flare — more than most other moves — is a very, very physical movement 🔥 To get a solid flare, you really need a good level of flexibility and specific strength. Even if the hip hop world doesn’t always like this comparison, gymnasts train this move with very specific exercises. So even if we come from a different culture, we still need to prioritize phases of training focused on strength and flexibility, combined with actual flare practice. Just spamming the move alone isn’t very productive. If you really want to reach a high level, you need to include specific exercises. What I personally recommend is to focus on the flare for 3–4 months, really dedicating yourself to improving it — combining practice with flexibility work, conditioning, and technique 💯 If you want bro, hit me up on Instagram dm’s or message me here on Skool and I’ll give you more details 🤝

Wrkst Injury
Wanted to ask, what your experience with wrist pain/injury are, how long they usually stay and how to get them to dissolve the quickest. I hate not being able to do flares. :/
