Wanted to ask, what your experience with wrist pain/injury are, how long they usually stay and how to get them to dissolve the quickest. I hate not being able to do flares. :/
@Tommaso Patrignani Hey man, thank you very much for such an detailed response. I‘ve already started doing resistand band work and light strengthening. For now I’ll then gotta focus on double mills abd reverse halos :-/. Also the last 3 days I noticed a big improvement and there was no pain when I tried a few pushups but then it got a little worse again. Also, if I may ask, did your injury occur due to one very high impact event or due to overtraining? Mine started developing because I did to much halos and flares on thin mats which was stupid.
