I’ve already set it up in the SAAS configurator, but I’d also like to configure it for when users are added to an existing account (see screenshot 2). Any tips or guidance on how to solve this? Just a quick question? Is it email marketing really dead? Does Email Marketing campaigns work at all? Please advice. Thanks

Who ever told you that email marketing is dead? This person obviously hasn't run many optimized email campaigns. 😅 In my experience as a performance marketer, email campaigns are a must have. They don't always produce direct sales but are necessary in your marketing process for trust, recognition and ultimately when they are ready for it, sales. Data reactivation campaigns via mail are always campaigns with interesting good results. This is going to continue to work in 2025 as well, as long as you add enough value in your mails.
