I recently had a super insightful conversation with Ryan regarding managing negative thoughts, embracing words of affirmation, and discovering way to be more authentic. We spoke at length about handling negative thoughts and ways to transforming them into opportunities for growth rather than obstacles. Ryan gave great examples of positive affirmations and has been something I have been incorporating in my own my own daily routine, which has reinforced my self-belief and boost to my confidence. Our mindset is the building block that everything is built upon and felt like I broke through my mindset “glass ceiling” and have been seeing tangible benefits since our session!
