Most creators are obsessed with vanity metrics. Everyone wants a million followers. But the math has changed. You don’t actually need a million followers to build a million-dollar business anymore. You need 1,000 true fans. A true fan is someone who genuinely believes in what you do. They buy your products. They support your launches. They stick around. Now think about the math. 1,000 people paying you $100 a year = $100k business. 1,000 people paying you $100 a month = $1.2M business. That’s why the real game isn’t going wide and shallow. It’s going narrow and deep. Stop trying to impress strangers on the internet. Start focusing on the people who are already paying attention to you. Those are the people that build real businesses. One of my clients is hiring a full-time clipper to work with high-level entrepreneurs and influencers. This is not a “cut random bits from podcasts” role. We’re looking for someone whose entire job is clipping, but at a very high level. What the role actually involves: You’ll be sent podcasts, long-form recordings, and raw shoot footage. Your job is to turn that into strong, watchable social clips. That means: - Finding the right moments (not just moments) - Choosing or creating a hook and sometimes moving it to the start - Cutting out mistakes, dead space, weak parts - Re-ordering sections if it makes the clip stronger - Condensing long recordings (10+ mins) into 60–90s clips that already feel powerful before effects or music This role is for you if: - You understand hooks and attention, not just timelines - You’re good at shortening, condensing, and restructuring ideas - You can look at raw footage and decide what actually works - You care about making clips that perform, not just clips that exist Full-time role Working with prestigious clients Serious skill expectations If this sounds like you, or someone you know, drop a comment or DM me and I’ll share the next steps.

We need to have an honest chat about motivation. I see so many of you waiting to feel ready before starting a big task. The tricky part is that biology actually works in reverse. Dopamine is a reward chemical that gets released after you make progress, not before you start. If you are waiting for inspiration to strike, you might be waiting a long time. You don't need motivation to start. You need action to generate the motivation. Here is a gentle way to fix this: Commit to just five minutes of your hardest task today. That is it. Once you break that initial friction, the neurochemistry takes over and it gets easier. Don't wait for the lightning. Just start moving. How do you usually trick yourself into starting?
