I’ve tested both, and honestly I wouldn’t overthink it too much bro From my experience, reach is usually more affected by the actual video than whether it was scheduled or posted manually. Hook, retention, topic, watch time, and how people interact in the first hour matter way more than how you publish it. That being said, I do prefer posting manually when possible, mainly because you can check the caption, cover, tags, audio, formatting, and make sure everything feels right before it goes live. Scheduling is still useful though, especially if it helps you stay consistent. I’d use Meta Business Suite for lower pressure posts, carousels etc but for your most important Reels, I’d probably post manually and stay active for the first 20 to 30 mins after posting.
