🚨 Job Opportunity: Full-Time Clipper / Editor 🚨

One of my clients is hiring a full-time clipper to work with high-level entrepreneurs and influencers.

This is not a “cut random bits from podcasts” role.

We’re looking for someone whose entire job is clipping, but at a very high level.

What the role actually involves:

You’ll be sent podcasts, long-form recordings, and raw shoot footage.

Your job is to turn that into strong, watchable social clips.

That means:

- Finding the right moments (not just moments)

- Choosing or creating a hook and sometimes moving it to the start

- Cutting out mistakes, dead space, weak parts

- Re-ordering sections if it makes the clip stronger

- Condensing long recordings (10+ mins) into 60–90s clips that already feel powerful before effects or music

This role is for you if:

- You understand hooks and attention, not just timelines

- You’re good at shortening, condensing, and restructuring ideas

- You can look at raw footage and decide what actually works

- You care about making clips that perform, not just clips that exist
