I want in 1. Some reply and say, see you in the feed. Thanks for connection. Asked me to have a chat, silence after. Or simply lowering my status from a genuine connection. 2. I would reach out in a systematic way, targeted, not on mass campaigns 3. I know a lot, much of that don’t work so well anymore. People are getting sophisticated
🤑Using a $10 tool, I was able to beat 95% of agencies (& scale to 6 figures/month).
Here are the 3 steps I took: (copy me) ⭐Step 1: Land Premium Clients Using Loom Video Audits Most agencies send cookie-cutter cold emails that get ignored. Instead, you’re going to stand out with personalized video audits. Send a teaser email first. Don’t include the video upfront, ask if they’d like to see it. Example: “I noticed a few things on your website that could improve your conversion rate. Would you like me to record a quick video showing what I found?” When they say yes, record a 2–3 minute Loom video. - Pull up their website or social media. - Describe 2–3 specific improvements they could make. - End with a call to action (e.g., “Let’s hop on a quick call to discuss implementing these changes.”). ⭐Step 2: Keep Clients Longer with Better Onboarding and Reporting Churn is a major issue for agencies. Loom solves this by helping you deliver clarity and value from day one. 1) Create a video onboarding library. Record a walkthrough of your entire process: buying domains, setting up DNS records, warming up email accounts, crafting cold email copy, etc. Send these videos to clients as soon as they sign up. 2) Replace PDF reports with video updates. For monthly or bi-weekly updates, record a 5-minute video walking clients through their results. Show what’s working, what’s being tested, and what’s next. Pro Tip: Make video updates mandatory for your team if there’s no scheduled client call that week. (Examples: Buying domains, setting up DNS records, writing cold email copy, managing replies, etc.) - Include detailed walkthroughs so nothing is left to interpretation. 2) Store videos - Use tools like Notion to organize your Loom videos. @J C I haven’t seen that low of a number. The common number is 25 a day and 100 a week. There are ways to go around it, without premium. It’s good for certain industries. I see fb going down and I’ve never liked IG for outreach. I don’t even use X or other sites. So better just do one really well, Li for me then.

@J C yeah, I see that now. Thats true, you have a certain credit for adding a note to the connection request. If you have a solid profile people still accept with empty ones. And sometimes it’s as effective, because it’s also common to have it like that. I’m quite satisfied with both.
