I go back and forth. I love a lot of what Consolidata has to offer but the customer service and support have not been great. Capri has been great to work with but offers a fraction of the value that you get with Consolidata.
I'm trying to use an inbound bot as an answering service. Is there any way to set up a notifcation with the information the bot collected during the conversation? For example, it takes the call and collects the caller's info and message and then an email is sent to me with that info.
When I run long form ads I like to reference the leads response when I do the follow up myself. Is it possible to have the bot to be able to review the info in the custom fields and reference that in its response?
What have you found to be the best way to train your bots? Is it just updating the prompt? One of the things I really liked about Capri was their Emulator system that allows you to go through a conversation and update their responses in real time.
My consolidata webhook has randomly failed 3 times today. Has anyone has this issue before? I've got a demo tomorrow and want to make sure this doesn't keep happening if possible.
