Hi, my name is Christina Power, I’m from Port Alberni, British Columbia, Canada)I live on Vancouver Island, and I have worked as an Industrial Construction Safety Officer, mostly on projects throughout western Canada, for the past 20 + years. I am presently taking a leave from work due to too many serious injuries, and a fatality that started my spiralling out of control. I was diagnosed with ADHD 3 months ago at age 58. My worst symptom is RSD, and it has been absolutely devastating multiple times in my life. Everything makes sense now. It is sad that I didn't know sooner. You can ask me questions about anything. I would like to get a clearer understanding of myself, learn everything I can about neurodiverent brains, and make authentic connections through ADHD Harmony. For fun, I hike with my two dogs; there are beautiful trails around here. I garden and do small renovations while trying to find my peace. I have started taking some ADHD seminars and really getting curious about my "new" self. I have really been enjoying spending time alone, for the 1st time in my life.
