🟡Challenge for Community Owners: Make Me Active!
Alright, community owners—here’s a fun challenge. Imagine I’m a brand-new member in your community. I’m a little shy, maybe hesitant to post… your mission: make me active, engaged, and loving it. Use your most powerful weapons—welcome messages, tagging, questions, inside jokes, whatever works best. Go! 🚀 I want to see: - How you make newcomers feel seen - How you spark that first comment or post - Any little trick that gets someone from “lurker” to “participant” Let’s see who’s got the most irresistible community magic. Your turn—show me what you’ve got! 👇

@Alexey Inyushin its whatever works for you, man there is no wrong way. But I believe to get things going and connected they are needed. Do the scalable thing first until you cant.

💡 Small Lessons, Big Impact
I joined this community not knowing much—just curious and open to learning. What I’ve realized is that even tiny insights from others can add up and make a huge difference. On top of that, I’ve learned a lot about what drives new members, sparks engagement, and what really deserves focus. This makes me appreciate even more the effort everyone puts into sharing and interacting here. I’d love to hear from you—what’s one thing you’ve learned here that really stuck with you?

you really need to care for your folks like....like a good friend. it funny you speak it into being by just caring, to begin with then they become good friends.
📚 Weekly Topic - It’s Easy to Be a Part of Someone Else’s Community
When building a business, some personal outlooks need to be delusional… While others don’t. I’m all up for being delusional. It reduces fear and makes it easier to take risks. But there’s 1 thing that’s very dangerous. ❗It’s thinking that being in someone else’s team is enough.❗ It’s easy to be in a group where people do things right, and think you’re doing things right too. While in reality, you’re mostly just following. Like if you were working for Hormozi... ...but your biggest achievement is working for him. I think that’s delusional. YOU need to be that person in your space. Especially if you’re building a Community. I’ve seen people feeling good about being part of something. But not producing good actions themselves. I think that’s delusional. Community Management is all about doing those actions yourself. Building your own team. Your community should matter to you the most. No space for delusion here.
