I was inspired by the honorable @Matthew Burns to think what I have to do for my members to win. I think, my members win if they become better Community Builders. For that to happen, I need to make Improvement a natural component of this Community. However, just theory information is not enough. I need to create the right conditions for Improvement, as well as provide the necessary Resources. My paid members are already seeing results. But I want everyone to have access to Improvement. So, starting tomorrow, I'm bringing back the Community Building challenges. Although, I'm calling them Resources. Community Building Resources. They'll be New & Improved version of the old challenges :) On Mondays I'll make a post describing a simple Community Building action. With instructions, and necessary resources to complete it. These actions will be something I do myself, and recommend to do for others. If you want to complete the action - OK. If not - also OK. I'm simply creating conditions for improvement.
