Stress = opportunity. Train your body to believe the reframe. Day 4 – Gratitude Bias List 5 small positives around you. Teach your brain to expect good. Day 5 – Act-As-If Stand tall, smile, and carry yourself like you’ve already won. Day 6 – Interrupt Predictions Catch negative thoughts. Replace them with a new prediction that serves you.
