I’m new too
Like I said from the beginning this is a safe place to share and I am having a hell of a day. I’m new in this just like everyone else and I’m trying my best not to leave sober living as a reaction to a bully. Nuff said. Just send some good vibes if you would

7 day training for your brain
🚀 Train Your Brain to Predict a Better Reality (7-Day Plan) 🚀 Our brains don’t see reality exactly as it is—they make predictions a split second before we experience things. That means we can train our minds to predict something better, which changes how we feel and how events play out. Here’s a 7-day, 10-minute plan to retrain your predictions: Day 1 – Awareness Notice the gap. Pause, breathe, and ask: “What else could this mean?” Day 2 – Positive Rehearsal Visualize one event going well. Let your body feel the success in advance. Day 3 – Reframe the Tag Fear = energy. Stress = opportunity. Train your body to believe the reframe. Day 4 – Gratitude Bias List 5 small positives around you. Teach your brain to expect good. Day 5 – Act-As-If Stand tall, smile, and carry yourself like you’ve already won. Day 6 – Interrupt Predictions Catch negative thoughts. Replace them with a new prediction that serves you. Day 7 – Integration Write down 3 wins from the week. Claim them as proof your brain is changing. ✨ Do this cycle weekly and your automatic predictions will shift toward opportunity, growth, and strength. That’s how we use the “gap” to change reality itself. Who’s in? Drop a ✅ below if you’re going to start this with me.

For anyone just joining us or checking us out
🔥 For Anyone Just Joining Us 🔥 This community is about fighting back when life tries to break us. I’ve shared how: - Speaking your cravings out loud takes away their power. - Kindness toward yourself can stop a full relapse before it starts. - Choosing to see the positive shifts the way we experience reality. - Leaning on each other when we’re weak keeps us standing tall. - Even the smallest acts of support can fuel something bigger than ourselves. 👉 The mission is simple: build a community where we rise together, no matter how many times we’ve fallen. We’re here to lift each other up, to keep going, and to prove that sobriety is strength. 💥 Let’s keep pushing. Let’s keep building. Let’s win this thing together. 🔑 Drop a comment with your biggest win this week—no matter how small. Every step forward counts, and your win might inspire someone else to keep going.
