Started Nad+ and Ipa/Tesa blend and have body aches
I started Nad+ and the Ipa/Tesa blend from the Peptique about 2 weeks ago. Those who experienced fluid retention and body aches with either of these peptides, how long did it last? I'm heading into week 3. I started at 25mg of the Nad+ and will have titrated up to do 35mg this week. I'm taking 300mcg/150mcg AM & PM a day of the Ipa/Tesa blend. I had my achiness under control with my Tirzepatide and HRT, but I'm nervous now that it's back. If it's just temporary, I can handle that. But, I can't go back to feeling like this every day again, and living on ibuprofen.

@Tara West thank you! I was considering backing down to just AM injections on the Ipa/Tesa. I'll switch to that this week and see if I can get some relief! Would any of these peptides cause dry scalp also? I was dealing with chronic dry scalp before starting HRT, and once I got my estrogen levels regulated it subsided. But, it's back since starting this particular stack.
Ipa/Tesa and Nad+
Can you stack Ipa/Tesa with Nad+?

Another question... I started Nad+ and the Ipa/Tesa blend from the Peptique. Those who experienced fluid retention and aches with either of these peptides, how long did it last? I'm on week 2, at 30mg of the Nad+ and 300mcg/150mcg AM & PM a day of the Ipa/Tesa.
Want to let you know that I will be out of pocket starting tomorrow!
Hi Ladies! I am going to keep it real with you on this post! I am going in for surgery tomorrow to fix and encapsulation on one of my breast implants. I've been putting this off, but I really need to do this! So I will be out of pocket the next few days (starting tomorrow) as I get through the hardest part of the recovery process. So... I'm not ignoring you, I just might be medicated lol. I have my "healing protocol" ready to go with my peptides and red light therapy etc. I will keep everyone updated on that (maybe a future podcast episode 🤔). Speaking of the podcast, I am running behind this week but hope to have one posted this afternoon!

UPDATED! New and WAY IMPROVED peptide guide!
2/10/2026- This is has been updated from the original post. It now includes VIP, and Vesilute. VIP was added to The Peptique website last week. Vesilute will be added this week! Here it is! I’ve learned so much from this community, and a lot of that insight helped shape this updated guide. It’s been built around the questions I’m asked most often, and it reflects what I see come up again and again. I’m deeply immersed in this space and sometimes forget that many of you haven’t been exploring it for as long as I have (my husband is quick to remind me of that). With that in mind, this guide is designed to be more approachable while still informative. I’ve also expanded the dosing discussions. The original guide focused primarily on starting ranges, whereas this version includes broader dosing strategies to better reflect individual variability and differences in response. This isn’t meant to be a definitive dosing authority, but rather a framework to help guide decision-making. As always, start low, go slow, and stay at the lowest effective dose. This is a document I share outside of this platform as well. You’ll see a 15% discount code at the end, but rest assured the SKOOL20 code is still active and unaffected. With all that said...take a look, and I hope you find it helpful.

MOTS-C exhaustion
I just stated a new cycle of MOTS and AOD this past Monday. I have felt so exhausted starting mid day and I also get a weird brain fog headache. Has anyone else felt this. I’m not feeling energized in any way yet. Not sure if it’s just th adjustment period or my body just doesn’t like it. Anyone have a similar experience?
