Is Cold Email Legal?
Hi, one very crucial question is that is cold email completely legal in Usa or UK (and if you know also ireland australia and new zealand). I know that cold SMS isn't. But of course, there are some things to keep in mind like opt out option etc but I am interested in the legality of sending cold emails to individual persons (B2C) or businesses (B2B) that i have not gotten any consent before sending a bulk cold email campaign (is is cold so it is impossible to get consent). Is it legal whole US, if not which states don't allow and which allow? How about if I get a client for gohighlevel and I would do a database reactivation campaign? So, my client let's say a nail salon wants to send for example "50% off your next appointment" message. Can they send it to previous customers if there is no consent clearly given (not asked even)? So they have just contacts of old leads but can they send B2C emails for those existing clients legally without consent? How about SMS database reactivation campaign in that case when there is no obvious consent given?

@Mark Mage I'm pretty sure GDPR still applies in UK as well even post-Brexit. There is also a regulation in the UK called "know your customer" which is something about businesses having to be identifiable especially when sending b2c SMS. I guess the big difference between b2b and b2c is that b2b contact details are public information whereas b2c is probably not
How to get my first customer?
How did you guys get your first customer? I love talking to people but suck at cold calling. So that hasn't worked. My emails end up in spam. So that hasn't worked. Facebook group posting. That hasn't worked. The only thing I haven't done is Facebook ads. That is next on the list. Yes or no?

I'm still looking for my first customer as well so take this with a pinch of salt...I think FB ads are the quickest and most effective way to land a customer BUT it's going to cost you a chunk of money. Ads require a lot of trial and error until you find the right creative, copy and maybe audience. FB can do most of the targeting for you but only after your ads have spent enough for the FB algorithm to learn who is interested. I have tried ads and cold email, both got some response but no sales. The scary part about ads is pouring Money in and never knowing when, or if, you will make anything back. Money is tight (non existent) so I'm continuing with the cold email for now hoping I can find a formula that works.
Which one is better ??
Hi guys I was wondering if you guys used ai in GHL which one is better. I mean there’s capri ai, zappychat and close bot. What do you guys think?

I haven't tried any of those, I use the built in AI. Has it's limitations but it's usable I believe and there are more features in the pipeline. I hear good things about closebot and they offer a free plan(free as in no subscription but you still pay for messages I think) so I will have a play with it when I get time (when the hell is that?😁)
How to justify a DBR campaign
Hey guys so for context, i’ve been in the process of trying to sell my DBR campaigns for gyms I’ve had a lot of good fits and gym owners that say they lack time to do stuff. However they still believe that it isn’t worth $1000 upfront and they could do it themselves. I’ve tried not to mention too much about the methodology and more on the outcome, i’ve mentioned how its done for you, and they can bury their heads in the sand. I’ve mentioned how I have trained VAs to instantly respond to messages 24/7: However they still seem to want to do it themselves how else could I add value to the DBR so they know that its worth it as I’ve also explained how massive the ROI can be

Just guessing, but what about guaranteeing a number of signups or whatever, or a free trial. Remove their risk. As Hormozi says, make it an offer so good they feel stupid saying no.
