I would like to ask if anyone have a suggestion on who I might have met last night in dream: She is a middle aged lady with dark not very long hair. She has fangs and blood around her mouth like a vampire archetype but in my dream she didn't hurt anybody and she was peaceful. She seemed to be able to possess other beings but not in the sense that she took control of their body, rather in the sense that she kind of imported the mind of others into her body while others went into a trance and talked in their place. She did that to a little girl I was intending to talk to. I noticed and I casually asked the lady to give her mind back to the little girl. She obliged without any resistance and left. She was absolutely not coherent with the rest of the dream and I have no idea what she was doing there except she seemed to take interest in the little girl's life. Any suggestion?

My therapists assignment for the two weeks since I’ve seen her was to commit to giving my body the physical release it needs. When stress and rage builds in my chest and bubbles into my neck I don’t permit it to scream or stomp or throw things to vent, which she says is what is normal to do. I don’t like screaming, it hurts my throat I tell her. As I left work late and started skimming something to listen to on the ride home, I heard news of my state supreme Court throwing out our most recent majority supported Redistricting map. I felt the rage, I wanted to cry, instead I chose to scream with every fiber of my being into the car and I swear it bellowed out beyond the glass. I imagined the glass splintering and making its way to the vocal cords of those who lie while speaking upon podiums with every breath. I look forward to sharing my progress with her tomorrow.

Today, I chose to get rid of my car that has been costing me more than it really brings me. I am quite broke and I know I won't be able to buy another one. It's quite scary because I associate that with a feeling of being kept in a space that is getting smaller and smaller. I'm healing from a condition that kept me almost totally unable to do anything and now that it's getting better, something new comes to paralize me in another way. That makes me feel persecuted by an invisible enemy. My biggest fear not having a car is not being able to go to the vet for my cats if they have an emergency. I recently lost one of them and I'm devastated. I know it's very specific. This is a fear of feeling responsible for things I have no control over, meaning life and death. I have no one in my life except them so no one to help me if I need to. Strangely, each time my car have an issue, one of them get sick and need treatment... This is the case right now. I can see how my fears shape my reality. This time, however, instead of being scared to lose them, instead of spending money I don't have, instead of worrying to the point of not being able to function, I will let all go. I will get rid of the car and be confident that solutions exist (they actually do, I just keep forgetting in the midst of fear delirium). That this is not the end. That I don't have to hold on an illusion of security that in reality costs me my peace. Today, I decide that I will react to pressure the exact opposite way I did so far. Just to get out of insanity. That's a long one sorry. (I'm able to go to the vet, by the way 🙂)
