Today was a challenging day. Had to help some family out and wasn't able to make one of my appointments..and got forwarded to voicemail when I tried to reach out. For the other one even after conditioning the seller ...or so I thought and reminding them of our talk before we started into about their house and how he gave his word he would come to a yes or no conclusion and he still came back with a maybe. SMH... How can you better condition your seller for a Yes or No? How long do you guys let your offer stand without retracting it? 24hrs? 3 days? 7 days? 30days? just curious. I'm hearing lots of different answers from other wholesalers, mentors, and wholesale companies as well. Barely made them 100 calls tonight! Made 101 Calls 2 inbound calls. Both not interested. Had 12 Pick ups! 6 Wrong Numbers. 4 Not Interested. 2 hang ups. Left 38 Voicemails. No New Leads today. Just more character development and improving the communication skills. Tomorrow IS THE DAY!!! 1 Appointment set up for tomorrow!! Let's see how good this one can get!!!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!! LETTSSSS GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
