Welcome! Hope you get some answers and the help you are looking for, for your babies.
Me in a nutshell :-)
Vince asked to post here something about me, there it is: Hi there, I came across Dr Sung's video about butyrate and saw that there is an option to join Skool. I am interested in holisitic healthcare as long as I can think. I learnt to appreciate homoeopathy and saw mind-blowing results. However, I came to understand that we also need to nourish ourselves as good as we can in the first place, eat organic food, to reduce the load of chemicals that are used in processing. And I realised, after years of trying to achieve well in life, that we need treat ourselves well, in regard to stress, sleep etc, setting boundaries, so to say beneficial self care, which actually benefits the people around oneself too. I had the opportunity to become German chartered natural health practitioner, immigrated to New Zealand shortly afterwards. I did not achieve an own practice here, but I can help my family, myself and spread the one or other word to those who appreciate input. As I am quite isolated on the most beautiful "other end of the world", I found myself searching online to nourish my never-ending curiosity about health. Luckily there are webinars, organisations who offer summits about topics, and Skool, which help me to broaden my understanding. So that's probably me in a nutshell :-)

Thank you! Needed this. What would you say are some good brands for some of these? I currently do take Proomega and blood sugar complex with chromium picolinate, gynema sylvestre, and eriomin but open to add and try others. Also, I wish I could intermittent fast, but I was told its best for me to eat within a hour of waking due to adrenal fatigue.
🚨 The Vicious Cycle Creating a Global Health Crisis
26% of North Americans now have pre-diabetes or diabetes. These numbers are exploding year over year. Your doctor's solution? Eat less, exercise more, take medication. Here's what they're NOT telling you... 🄣 The Standard American Day: - Cheerios and toast for breakfast - Starbucks with 3 pumps caramel, 3 pumps sugar - Sandwich for lunch - Pizza or pasta for dinner Sound familiar? Pure sugar overload. šŸ”„ The Vicious Cycle: High blood sugar → Insulin resistance → Your gut gets damaged → Inflammation goes haywire → Even MORE insulin resistance → The cycle gets worse What this leads to: Multiple medications plus all their side effects. šŸ“Š The Real Numbers: - Fasting blood sugar 100-126 = insulin resistance - A1C 5.7-6.4% = pre-diabetes - A1C Above 6.4% = full diabetes šŸ’” How to BREAK the Cycle: - Stop eating sugar, pasta, bread - Try 70% healthy fats, 25% protein, 5% natural sugars - Consider intermittent fasting - eat within a 6-hour window - Some patients do 3-5 day fasts and see morning blood sugar drop from 110 to 90-95 šŸ”„ The Reset is Real: I've seen patients completely reset their insulin sensitivity with extended fasting. Same meals, dramatically different blood sugar response. You don't have to accept this as your fate. The cycle can be broken. Where are you in this cycle? šŸ‘‡ P.S. I have an excited health challenge coming up which will be related to this. Stay tuned šŸ‘€

@Jin Sung My only concern with intermittent fasting is I was told to eat within a hour of waking due to adrenal fatigue. Is there a workaround or alternative considering this?
