Me in a nutshell :-)
Vince asked to post here something about me, there it is: Hi there, I came across Dr Sung's video about butyrate and saw that there is an option to join Skool. I am interested in holisitic healthcare as long as I can think. I learnt to appreciate homoeopathy and saw mind-blowing results. However, I came to understand that we also need to nourish ourselves as good as we can in the first place, eat organic food, to reduce the load of chemicals that are used in processing. And I realised, after years of trying to achieve well in life, that we need treat ourselves well, in regard to stress, sleep etc, setting boundaries, so to say beneficial self care, which actually benefits the people around oneself too. I had the opportunity to become German chartered natural health practitioner, immigrated to New Zealand shortly afterwards. I did not achieve an own practice here, but I can help my family, myself and spread the one or other word to those who appreciate input. As I am quite isolated on the most beautiful "other end of the world", I found myself searching online to nourish my never-ending curiosity about health. Luckily there are webinars, organisations who offer summits about topics, and Skool, which help me to broaden my understanding. So that's probably me in a nutshell :-)
Which magnesium supplement with no other ingredients?
I can't find a magnesium supplement with no other ingredients. Except for Nootropics magnesium L-threonate. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

We buy Magnesium bisglycinate powder and fill it into capsules. There are different forms of magnesium for different uses, I use the above to improve sleep and avoid muscle cramping. As I am on a low carb diet, it was recommended to add magnesium supplement, but I do not want all the extras that generally come with those capsules on the market.
Natural remedy for face fine wrinkles
What helps these wrinkles? All I can think of is taking enough vit C and DE (which contains silica). Maybe using organic grass fed beef tallow on it?

I use organic virgin coconut oil for daily skin care, it soothes when the skin feels dry. It has a spf of 4 to 7 (I just double checked), which is marvelous for a basic protection. The scent is nice too. Give it a try, you only need little, I spoon it out of a little jar, melt it in my hands and tap it onto the skin, no rubbing.
