In Transition šŸ’«
Hi everyone, I want to be transparent with you. Recently, I went through a traumatic event in my personal circle, and it stirred up a bit of an existential crisis for me. I’ve been taking some time to pause, process, and reflect on where I’m headed and how I want to show up—both in life and here with all of you. I truly love this community and the vision of what Skool can be, but I’m still figuring out the best way forward—whether that’s continuing to build here, reshaping this space, or starting something new. For now, please know how much I appreciate each of you being here. This isn’t a goodbye, just a pause as I get clarity. šŸ’« Thank you for your patience and for holding this space with me. With love always, Tiffany
🌻✨ Welcome, August ✨🌻
This is the month where sun-soaked days and golden sunsets remind us to both shine boldly and prepare gently. August invites us to: šŸ”„ Lead with courage 🌾 Harvest what we’ve sown šŸŖž Refine our rhythms šŸŒ• Release what no longer serves As we stand in the glow of late summer, ask yourself: - What am I done tolerating? - Where is my inner fire asking to be seen? - What do I want to complete before the seasons shift? Let this month be a sacred mix of: šŸ’„ Big-hearted action šŸŒ™ Restorative intention 🌻 Sunlit gratitude August is a portal — don’t rush through it. Honor the ripening. Prepare the soil for what’s next. You are allowed to both bloom and rewild. Let’s make this month one of purposeful power šŸ’« Who’s ready?

It’s not easy being green 🌱
I honestly did not try the smoothly - it’s a texture thing for me - but I have been making it a point to have at least one salad a day to make sure I get my greens in. Sometimes it’s my main meal other times is a small side salad but I’m doing my best to make it count!

Totally valid—texture matters! I love that you’re honoring your version of getting greens in. One salad a day is no small thing, and making it count (whether it's the star or a sidekick) is what this is all about. Small, intentional shifts > forced perfection, every time.Keep crunchin’, keep glowing. šŸ„—šŸŒæāœØProud of you for doing it your way!

This task was the most challenging for me because I feel like I have so many things I am preparing for that am always on some device. But I gave myself a break for 2 hours and laughed at my observations. First those around me were always in arms reach of their device and hardly looked up. Two when they noticed I wasn’t on one of my many they put theirs down. Three the awkward what do I do now moments. Six we had conversation, we laughed and shared stories, talked about things we had to do, stuff we forgot about and what we looked forward to. Then after two hours I check my phone. While my notifications were off I received several messages from an upset mom (mine) but she was good once I responded. I don’t know if I could do this regularly, but I can try to add no screen time to my set evening routine to help me get to bed earlier.

Wow, thank you for this honest and beautiful share. 🌿What a powerful mirror—to not only notice your own patterns but to witness how your presence influenced those around you. That ripple is real. I especially love how you leaned into the ā€œawkwardā€ and discovered connection, laughter, and even forgotten stories waiting on the other side. That’s the magic of slowing down. ✨ And your honesty about not being sure you can do it regularly? That’s valid—and real. You’re not failing if it’s not perfect. You’re rewilding one moment, one choice at a time. No-screen time as part of your evening rhythm sounds like a sacred shift. Start small, stay curious, and keep laughing at those human observations. You’re doing amazing. šŸ’œ
