Let's have some fun - GCSE Texts as Coffee Orders ☕
Which GCSE character would order a pumpkin spiced latte? Who’s definitely a black coffee person? List a few: - Scrooge: Cold brew. No milk. No joy. - Sheila Birling: Oat milk flat white with a shot of self-awareness. - Macbeth: Double espresso... for the murder plans. - What would your GCSE character be drinking? Let's get creative. I would love to hear your ideas below.

⏳ The 3 Month Countdown Has Begun…
It’s officially 3 months until the GCSE exams begin. That might feel like ages, but in reality, time will fly, especially with mocks, coursework and everything else going on. The students who succeed? They’re not just working hard… they’re working smart 💡 🧠 Here’s what your revision should include starting NOW: ✅ Create your revision resources: - Flashcards for key quotes, context & techniques - Mind maps of characters/themes - Dual coding (mixing visuals + text) - ✅ Attempt exam questions - Time yourself - Check against mark schemes - Action the feedback you get from your teacher or tutor - ✅ Practise your timings - Know how long to spend on each question - Build writing stamina - 🧘‍♂️ And don’t forget these revision habits that matter just as much: 😴 Get adequate sleep: tired brains don’t retain info 🥗 Eat well: junk food = sluggish thinking 📱 Reduce distractions: TikTok can wait 45 mins 📅 Build a weekly revision routine you can stick to 💧 Drink water: your brain will thank you
